MD & CEO

Ashis Parida, MD & CEO of Grinity Intellect Private Limited, has over 10 years of experience in Renewable energy, Solar energy, Energy Efficiency, Manufacturing and Information technology industries. He looks into the company’s Management and Financial decisions to achieve its highest growth. He has previously worked with reputed companies for clean energy growth and sustainable development like Vedanta Resources PLC, IL&FS Energy Development Company, ICF International and Clean energy technology startups. He is having more than 3000MW Thermal and Solar project execution, Operation and consulting experience. He holds an MBA in Energy management from Greatlakes Institute of management.

Mr. Arjun Chakravarthy Bacchu

Arjun Chakravarthy Batchu is the Vice President at Grinity .He has got a rich experience of 11 years in design and management of Power projects Thermal, Wind & Solar. He has a proven track record of working in the various consulting assignments ranging from power generation ,transmission and distribution in the Energy sector. He was associated with ACME Cleantech, one of India’s top leading solar power producer and he was with Feedback Infra and Energy Infratech handling large infrastructure projects. Mr. Arjun has more than 3800MW Thermal, Solar and Wind project execution and consulting experience. He is an Electrical & Electronics engineer from JNTU, Hyderabad

Mr. Chetram Sharma

Head – O&M (Solar Business)

Chetram Sharma is Head – O&M (Solar Business) at Grinity. He has more than 14 years of rich experience with top tier solar companies working in various verticals of project management, executions, operation and maintenance, asset management and EPC. With more than 1200MW solar project execution and O&M management experience. He has worked with Organizations like ACME cleantech solution, Bluestar limited and Welspun Energy.

Mr. Sajjan Singh

Expert Advisor

Mr. Sajjan Singh , He is a qualified electrical engineer with 45 years of experience in various fields in industry, projects and power sectors in various roles across the spectrum . Retired as General Manager from BHEL with 33 years of experience, 2 years and continuing in Tata project as a senior consultant for business development and also O&M of solar and O&M of solar & wind renewable energy projects. Executed 1000 MW solar and 126 MW wind power projects

Manoj Chourasia, Advisor cum Consultant of Grinity Intellect, has over 25 years of expertise in many sectors in leading role. He has hold many reputed positions in various companies like Lanco , BIPL, Essel Infra, Central power research institute etc. Skilled in ISO14001, Petroleum, Water Treatment, Electrical Wiring, and SAP ERP. Strong professional with a Master of Technology(M.Tech.) focused in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Nagpur University.

Mr. Jayanta Parida

He has over 35Years of expertise in safety and Health. With his vast knowledge, he takes care of the safety standards and plays a major role in safely executing projects . He is a green-tech and sustainable development growth evangelist and believes Renewable Energy adoption has the power to enable a cleaner and better earth for the future generations.
