Welcome to Grinity Intellect (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, submitting a service request, or engaging with our solar services (including under PM Surya Ghar Bijli Yojana, industrial installations, and maintenance services), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Grinity Intellect offers:

  • Solar installation for domestic households under the PM Surya Ghar Bijli Yojana
  • Solar solutions for industrial clients (not covered under the scheme)
  • Maintenance services for installed solar systems

All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines by relevant authorities, primarily operating in Odisha, India.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • For domestic installations under government schemes, you must meet eligibility criteria set by the government

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information in all interactions
  • Cooperate during site surveys, inspections, and installations
  • Comply with any technical or operational guidelines we provide
  • Not misuse or tamper with installed solar systems

4. Government Scheme Participation

For installations under PM Surya Ghar Bijli Yojana:

  • Subsidies are provided by the Government of India and are subject to approval and verification
  • Grinity Intellect facilitates the application process but does not guarantee subsidy approval
  • You agree to allow us to share your information with government authorities for processing

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing varies based on project scope (residential vs. industrial)
  • For non-subsidized clients, a quotation will be issued and advance payments may be required
  • All payments are to be made to Grinity Intellect as per agreed terms

6. Maintenance Services

Maintenance services may be:

  • One-time or on an annual contract basis
  • Subject to service availability and location constraints
  • Covered under warranty or billed separately, depending on your agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, documents, and digital assets, is the property of Grinity Intellect. You may not reuse or reproduce it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grinity Intellect will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party approvals or supply chain issues
  • Rejection of subsidy applications by government authorities
  • Issues arising from misuse or alteration of installed systems
  • Losses beyond the scope of our contract or warranty terms

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • False information is provided
  • Payment terms are violated
  • Systems are misused or damaged intentionally

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha.
